It’s a workplace crisis that’s even landed on the agenda of the President of the United States. I’m referring to the reported absymal engagement levels of federal employees – exactly in line with broader studies that indicate over 70% of the American workforce is disengaged. Kudos to the government for recognizing the issue. But like so many “businesses”, I think this article highlights that only band-aid solutions are being attempted. So I’m asking you to come to grips with the reality in your own workplace and simply decide if you want to help band-aid the problem a bit or lead the charge for your workplace to heal from within….
