I so passionately want you all to discover how to motivate those who work for and with you, each and every day. What we’re doing today simply isn’t working. How can it be when Gallup polls indicate over 70% of the workforce is actually disengaged at work? (let alone motivated, producing at their peak, and truly fulfilled). We all deserve so much more from how we spend over 1/2 of our waking life. That is the point of this page….
