FINDING YOUR LEADERSHIP VOICE
There are so many different takes on leadership. It’s important that we all find the style that calls to us uniquely. New employees or young managers just beginning to “find their voice” in leadership (determining what kind of leader they want to be) will benefit from this seminar. Learn that leadership is actually more “how to be” than “how to do.” After discovering several how to do frameworks, the attendee will delve into how to be when it comes to great leadership. The Leadership Try-fecta educates participants about 3 leadership styles whose threads commonly run through great leaders – Servant, Inspirational, and Authentic leadership styles. It encourages attendees to try their hand at these styles and provides tools to help do so. Attendees will also learn how to build their leadership aura through discussion of the top ten characteristics of great leaders.
Attendees will leave inspired and informed to go practice, shape, and mold the kind of leadership that speaks individually to them.
